The Anniston Housing Authority (AHA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified individual(s)/firm(s) to provide painting and/or cleaning services for 417 Public Housing Units and 35 affordable housing units in accordance with the AHA’s policy, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regulations and any other pertinent State of Alabama and United States Federal laws.

HVAC Replacement for Parkwin Homes

The Anniston Housing Authority will receive bids for: HVAC Replacement Project for Parkwin Homes until 2:00pm local time on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Anniston Housing Authority central office, located at 500 Glen Addie Avenue, Anniston, AL 36201, at which time and place all will be opened and read aloud.

Scope of work will include (but is not limited to): Replace HVAC Equipment at 40 apartments at Parkwin Homes.
