The Anniston Housing Authority will receive bids for: South Allen Avenue Development, Anniston Housing Authority/Housing Development Corporation, Anniston, AL until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at the Housing Authority central office located at 500 Glen Addie Avenue, Anniston, AL, 36201 at which time all will be opened and read aloud. 

Scope of work will include (but is not limited to): Construction of 11 new apartments and site improvements.

Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications may be obtained by contracting the following:

Scope of work will include (but is not limited to): Total roof replacement for apartment buildings noted in the plans.
